Frank Lampard wants to manage Chelsea Soccer News

Frank Lampard has revealed he is planning a career in management - and there is only one job he has got his eye on.
The Chelsea midfielder has been at Stamford Bridge since 2001 and led the club to UEFA Champions League glory in May.
And the 34-year-old admits his thoughts have turned to the possibility of following the likes of Ruud Gullit, Gianluca Vialli and Roberto Di Matteo from the pitch to the dugout for the Blues.

"I know it might sound a bit selfish but I wouldn't want to go through 'showing myself' with a lower club.
"I am thinking about my coaching badges now but there is only one club I want to manage," Lampard told The Sun.
"Although I would never expect to walk into a position such as the Chelsea manager, this is the only club I'd want to manage."

Legacy

But Lampard, who has just one year remaining on his current deal at the club, is concerned about destroying his legacy as a player if he were to fail as a manager.
"I'd love to have a crack at it but I'd want to do it well," he added.
"I wouldn't want the supporters to forget everything I've tried to do as a player because I can't manage the team."
Lampard has played under a number of high-profile managers at Stamford Bridge including Claudio Ranieri, Jose Mourinho, Luiz Felipe Scolari, Guus Hiddink and Andre Villas-Boas.
And he feels he has developed an understanding of what to do - and what not to do - from working under those bosses.
He said: "Without doubt I've picked up some good things that I'd do differently. The main thing I've learned is how to treat people properly.
"It's important to respect the players and by doing so, hopefully, you'll earn their respect back.
"We saw that with Jose Mourinho. I saw him being strong with players and having arguments but the vast majority who played or worked for him had a massive amount of respect for him."

Hashim Amla celebration his brilliant knock

England are Am-mered: Hashim Amla's knock of 150 decides second ODI

South Africa's 80-run win sees them add the one-day crown to the T20 and Test No.1 rankings they have already ripped off the hosts this summer

First it was T20s, then it was Tests, now England have been overtaken by South Africa as the best one day cricket team in the world.
An 80-run defeat was enough to leave South Africa as top dogs in all three formats and England to wonder where their one day mojo has gone.
Don’t let the tenth wicket fireworks from Samit Patel and Steve Finn fool you, they merely delayed the inevitable.
And on the day that their exiled batsman Kevin Pietersen racked up 163 runs for Surrey, England’s 207 all out was brought into sharp focus.
Over the course of this five match Natwest series, with three left to play, the lead could change hands several times, but on yesterday’s evidence it is hard to see how England will do it.
Just as it was in the Test series, South Africa outplayed them in every department and in Hashim Amla had a man-of-the-match who’s 150 was worth the entrance fee alone.
If England were to get somewhere close to their target of 288 they needed someone to make as telling a contribution as Amla, but with the top four back in the hutch before 20 overs had been bowled their chances were slim.
There was no point wishing KP was around, it was about backing Eoin Morgan and Patel to rescue the innings from 90-4 and then 118-5 to take the team towards an unlikely win. They failed.
When Morgan pulled JP Duminy to deep-midwicket for 27 the game was up and Tim Bresnan’s first ball duck underlined the point.
Amla can rightly be called the best batsman in the world right now and yesterday he produced his personal best to put England’s bowlers to the sword.
Yet his highest one day score seemed to creep up on the scoreboard as if by magic. One minute he had nought, the next 50 and the next 100.By the time he was out for exactly 150 the innings was in the 50th over and his job was done.
He had also reached 3,000 one day runs in the fewest innings of all time, 57 to Sir Viv Richards’ 69.
It was serene one day perfection and coming off just 124 balls it was the complete opposite of his Test match triple ton at the Oval.
If England are to win this series they need to find a way of getting past both him and Graeme Smith who made a functional 52.
They didn’t take the wickets up front to check South Africa’s progress and each partnership was worth at least 32 which means they didn’t take the wickets very often in the middle either.
That is a formula which will keep them on the back foot. England did miss a couple of chances behind the stumps when Amla had made 42 and again on 92, with the first a straightforward chance off Patel.
Skipper Alastair Cook said: “It is frustrating, but you don’t suddenly throw everything out of the window and reinvent the wheel after one bad display.”

Sterling was outstanding for the Reds in his first Premier League start for the club in last weekend's draw with champions Manchester City.
It was initially thought Liverpool would consider loaning out Sterling this season so that he could get some valuable first-team experience under his belt, but the 17-year-old has quickly established himself in Rodgers' plans.

A number of clubs were thought to be keen on taking Sterling on loan, but Rodgers has now ruled out a move for the teenager as he wants him to continue his development at Anfield.

Pakistan VS Australia ODI |Watch Live Stream

SHARJAH: Pakistan and Australia are all set meet in a three-match one-day series starting here on Tuesday, followed by as many Twenty20 internationals.

Pakistan captain Misbah-ul Haq believes his players will be extra motivated to win against Australia who they have not beaten for the last 10 years.

Misbah said his players will make an extra effort to register a series win which has eluded them since Pakistan's 2-1 win in Australia in 2002.

"Of course, whenever there is such a thing it charges the team in an extra way, its needs an extra effort to combine and beat an opponent who we have not beaten for some time," Misbah said Monday.

Pakistan have only two survivours in Shahid Afridi and Shoaib Malik from the team which beat Australia 10 years ago, but Misbah said all his players are focused against an opponent who are dangerous anywhere in the world.

"Australia are one of the top teams, it's difficult to beat them because they are a fighting team in any conditions of the world," said Misbah of the Australian team led by Michael Clarke.

"They have good players who put up the best fight and they are a difficult opponent," said Misbah, playing down the hype that it will be a series between Pakistani spin bowlers against Australian batsmen.

"I don't think we will only rely on spinners, we have to bat well and fast bowlers are very important for us because the ball reverse swings in Sharjah," said Misbah.

Misbah admitted it will be important for Pakistan to win after losing their last two one-day series, 3-1 in Sri Lanka and 4-1 here against England.

"I think its important for both the teams also for Australia," said Misbah of his opponents who lost 4-0 to England last month.

"For us it is very important because after this is the World T20, we couldn't give the kind of performance that we wanted in the last two series, so its a good chance for us to stage a comeback," said Misbah.

The Pakistan captain said oppressive conditions in United Arab Emirates, with the temperature scaling to 40-plus in the day and 35-plus in the evening, gives Pakistan some edge.

"Definitely, conditions suit us but our players are focused because they know teams can adapt quickly and we have to be at our best to beat Australia," said Misbah.

"We are going to play against a top team and if we win then we have advantage and it will help us in future. It also helps you improve when you play a top team and you remove your flaws," said Misbah.

The second match will be played in Abu Dhabi on August 31 followed by the third here on September 3. All three Twenty20 internationals will be played in Dubai on September 5, 7 and 10. (AFP)

15 year old Lydia Ko wins in Canada

COQUITLAM, British Columbia (AP) -- Lydia Ko made some more history - and made it clear that she has no plans to rush into a professional golf career.

Amateur Lydia Ko poses with the trophy after winning the Canadian Women's Open. (AFP)
The 15-year-old Ko is used to questions about her future, and she handled the latest round with ease Sunday after running away with the Canadian Women's Open to become the youngest winner in LPGA Tour history and only the fifth amateur champion.
''I'll still remain an amateur and then finish high school and then go to college,'' said Ko, who has mentioned Stanford as her college of choice. ''I mean this is a great win, but I don't think this will affect me changing my roots to my career.''

The South Korean-born New Zealander closed with a 5-under 67 for a three-stroke victory. She broke the age record of 16 set by Lexi Thompson last September in the Navistar LPGA Classic in Alabama, and is the first amateur winner since JoAnne Carner in the 1969 Burdine's Invitational.
''To break another record, or being in the history, it's amazing, and it's always awesome to be able to play with the pros,'' Ko said. ''The last few holes, it got a bit nerve wracking, but Stacy Lewis, after my birdie on 15, she said, 'You know you can do it.' It was really great to have another player that I look up to giving me that much support. So it was really awesome.''
In January, Ko won the New South Wales Open in Australia at 14 to become the youngest player to win a professional tour event, a mark broken by 14-year-old Brooke Henderson in June in a 36-hole Canadian Women's Tour event in Quebec. Ko also won the U.S. Women's Amateur two weeks ago in Cleveland.
''I didn't cry after this one,'' said Ko, but (after) that one I did cry,'' Ko said, referencing the Amateur. ''Yeah, to me, U.S. Amateur is a big event, and obviously this is a huge event as well. But still, as an amateur winning one of the biggest amateur events, I feel like it was a better win - even though this one was awesome.''
Ko finished at 13-under 275 at The Vancouver Golf Club, pulling away with birdies on five of the first six holes on the back nine. She opened with consecutive 68s and shot a 72 on Saturday to take a one-stroke lead into the final round.
''I was most impressed with just her demeanor,'' said Lewis, who tied for sixth at 7 under. ''I mean you would have never known that it was the final round of an LPGA event. She played like she had been there before.''
Inbee Park shot a 69 to finish second. Park chipped in for birdie on the final hole, and Ko closed with a bogey to make it closer.
''The pressure she was handling is really amazing,'' Park said. ''I'm really happy for her. It's great for her career - and I think I was just lucky to get the winner's check today.''
Park's $300,000 check as the top pro moved her past Lewis for the season money lead with $1,419,940.
U.S. Women's Open champion Na Yeon Choi, Chella Choi and Jiyai Shin tied for third at 8 under. Na Yeon Choi had a 73, and Chella Choi and Shin shot 71.
The glove Ko wore in the final round will be displayed in the World Golf Hall of Fame.
''To have something that's mine to be up there, it's amazing, and it doesn't come down or anything,'' she said. ''So it will always remain there, and it'll be a good memory. It's been an awesome week.''
Ko was headed to her native South Korea on Monday, and will return to the tour next month for the Women's British Open.

A Nobel Peace Prize and a one Massacre

On 16 July 2012, Aung Sang Suu Kyi, the Myanmar Opposition leader stood in front of a huge audience at the Oslo City hall in Norway. The wait was over for her and, it seemed, for Burma for she was to finally accept the Nobel Peace Prize that had been awarded to her 21 years ago. The moment of triumph was long overdue and victory had been gained after years of the despairing isolation of house arrest. As she spoke about how the prize had succeeded in dispelling the sense of isolation, Suu Kyi steered her speech towards the issue of war. She spoke of how the first world war had represented ‘a terrifying waste of youth and potential’ and how even today we cannot help but wonder what so many young men fighting in that battle really died for.

Are we not still guilty, if to a less violent degree, of recklessness, of improvidence with regard to our future and our humanity? War is not the only arena where peace is done to death. Wherever suffering is ignored, there will be the seeds of conflict, for suffering degrades and embitters and enrages.

Her words are certainly touching and fitting for a Nobel speech. But it seems that fate has a sense of irony and a rather cruel one too; today amidst the persecution of the Rohingya Muslims in Burma, Suu Kyii’s silence is speaking louder than any words she ever uttered. Up till now she has not criticized the Burmese president for questionable policies that are reflective of ethnic cleansing, and critics suggest she also sees the Muslim group as immigrants rather than citizens.

In Pakistan, the reaction appears to be mixed. True, there is growing resentment towards the Burmese government but there are also those who question if the massacre really is taking place or the reports are exaggerated and that the numbers of the victims are not high enough to provoke an outburst. Others also believe that it would be better if we were to pay attention to the problems of our own our own country. For the skeptics, let’s examine the facts; It is certainly true that the Burmese government has denied any violence any security forces against the community. However, what is also noteworthy is that since the riots began, the Burmese authorities have ordered all international NGOs out of the region. Scores of NGO workers staff have been arrested while others are missing.

According to a report by Amnesty International, the situation of ethnic minorities in Burma is grave and violence against the Rohingya community in the western state of Rakhine is on the rise.

These facts speak for themselves. But lets assume for a moments that the reports are exaggerated. Well, what then? Should we wait for the numbers to rise to a million before we protest about the unjust killings of innocent people? The thought seems cruel and harldy one I would like to put to words but then we gone down this road before, haven’t we? Don’t there exist, even today, people who staunchly maintain that the Jewish Holocaust never took place? That the numbers of holocaust victims were not as high as deemed to be? Once, and for all, it doesn’t matter, whether one person is killed or six billion! If they are killed just because they belong to a particular religion, cast, creed or colour, we need to rise up against whoever is committing such atrocities because anyone who can take away innocent lives out of hatred, no matter how many, is capable of just about anything.

As for the opinion that we might be better off worrying about atrocities being committed in our own country, yes, I certainly see where that is coming from. After all, aren’t we also guilty of silence while our borders bleed and thousand meet their deaths in the face of drone attacks? Maybe so, but the thing is, we cannot handpick and choose. There is always going to be a battle between the oppressed and oppressor. Wherever we see that kind of suffering, it is our duty and the rights of the victims that are voices be raised for them. Read about it, understand what is happening, write, talk to people and educate them about the need to spread the word of all the massacres taking place in the world today. Who knows, maybe these small acts may just be the step towards the end.

The history of the Rohingya people is extensive. Is Myanmar really their home? There is a score of literature on the net and books are being published by historians to answer this very same question. But is this really something we need to be focusing on? Does the world need a reminder about the longest war in history, one that is still going on today, namely the Israel-Palestine conflict? After over 60 years what has this questioning achieved? Nothing but the slaughter of innocents and the eviction of so many from the land they once called home. While we continue to bicker over this, we might as well be asking for another Palestine.

There was a time, centuries ago, during the golden period of their history, that the Rohingya people knew what it was like to live in peace. They have waited far too long for their golden age to begin again. Let’s not be embittered by our own divisions to forget their suffering. Because if we do, we are no better than someone who holds a trophy for a life-long struggle for human rights, only to grow silent over the anguished cries of a people waiting for justice to be served.

Eat Lean Meat and Lose Fat and Strong your health

High protein, low fat and low carbohydrate meals burn energy storage in human body more quickly than a low fat food. Such foods and diets lessen the need for caloric consumption and hunger. One can eat these foods to lose as much pounds as possible. There are several foods that fit the criteria.

Lean meat has been found, after numerous researches, to be one of the best in burning superfluous fats in the body. It not only provides necessary calories to body but also keeps dangerous things like cholesterol and fat in lower amounts in human blood.

The US Department of Agriculture And American Heart Association is working on the policy of encouraging people to eat lean meat instead of other meats. This naturally found lean meat includes chicken, fish from freshwater, shell fish, etc. Lean meat contains ingredients like fat, saturated fat and cholesterol according the recommendations of
FDA.

A game food or seafood package of 100 grams contains 10 gram total fat, 4.5 grams saturated fat and 95 milligram or less cholesterol. According to the Department of Agriculture And American Heart Association, food containing ingredients in this proportion is lean meat. Lean meat provides a lot many perks and may be taken to reduce
the risk of cardiac problems. The cholesterol quantity should be less than 300 milligram every day.

1. An egg contains 220 calories and 200 milligram cholesterol.
2. Half pound chicken breast contains 160 milligram cholesterol.
3. Half pound fat free turkey meat contains 440 calories.
4. Half pound fat free turkey crumbles contain 260 calories.
5. The proportion of vitamins and minerals is the same in lean meat as in the other ones.

Lean meat is available in different types like turkey breast, skinless and boneless chicken, fresh water fish, shell fish, ground beef (prepared according to the above criteria), and so on.

Thus, low fat lean meat has a number of advantages and one may use it by baking, roasting, broiling and grilling. It should not be cooked or fried with excessive oils so that the purpose of lean meat remains intact. It is expensive as compared to high fat meats, but its real advantage is in low-fat and low cholesterol. This technique may be used by fat and obese people in this month of month of Ramzan.www.geo.tv

US braces for holiday clash of technology giants

It's beginning to look a lot like a big season in the United States for mobile gadgets, with the still-rumored launch by Apple in September of a new iPhone, expected to ignite fresh growth in the smartphone market in the US and worldwide.
Apple is also widely expected to unveil a new tablet computer that will be a smaller version of the hot-selling iPad.
But other big tech firms are not sitting idle.

Microsoft is launching its new Surface tablet in late October, and will be pushing hard to sell Windows-powered smartphones. Google has already launched its own branded tablet and smartphone selling alongside other devices powered by its Android system from makers including Samsung.
And many analysts expect Amazon to unveil at least one updated model of its Kindle Fire tablet computer at a news conference September 6.
"This season is going to be exciting," said Rob Enderle, a technology analyst and consultant with the Enderle Group.
"This is the first time Apple has faced competition on a number of critical fronts. And it's the first time competition is coming from Google directly."
Enderle said he expects Microsoft to spend $1 billion on marketing for its new devices and its Windows 8 platform.
"So the conflict in the fourth quarter is going to be legendary," Enderle said.
"And it's an election year, so we are going to be awash in ads for voting and ads for buying."
US consumers appear to be ready to shop.
The Consumer Electronics Association projects record sales of electronics of $206 billion this year, the first time above the $200 billion mark.
Tablet sales along are expected to reach $29.1 billion, up 83 percent, the association said.
"Tablets are the fastest-growing product category in the history of the consumer electronics industry, and sales will continue to increase as more products hit the market," said Steve Koenig, CEA's director of industry analysis.
US smartphone sales will total $33.7 billion in 2012, for more than 108 million units, according to the group.
Analyst Colin Gillis at BGC Partners said he sees "feverish" anticipation for the new iPhone, and predicts Apple will sell 10 million of the new phones at the launch and 14 million iPads in the fourth quarter.
Ramon Llamas, an analyst with research firm IDC, said Apple remains the company to watch in the mobile sector because of its rabid customer loyalty and ability to command premium prices.
"Every year when the iPhone is released it should become a national holiday because of all the hype, all the long lines," he said.
But he said there is strong potential for growth from the new Windows-powered phones expected from Nokia and others.
"I don't think the platform has been widely evangelized, but I like it," he said.
Sarah Rotman Epps at Forrester Research said Microsoft has been losing ground by being late to the party, and will cede more customers with its relatively late release of Windows 8 on October 26.
"Every day Windows 8 is not in the market, Microsoft is losing opportunity with consumers," she said.
She noted that at the start of 2011, Windows was the preferred operating system for consumers but that has slipped as Google's Android and Apple's iOS dominate the market for mobile devices.
"Microsoft is rapidly losing mindshare among consumers, but once it hits the market, we do think it will gain traction," she said.
Jack Gold of the consultancy J. Gold Associates said Samsung, the biggest maker of Android phones also expected to launch Windows-based devices, "is going to continue to be the market leader in smartphones" because of its "huge momentum."

Gold said the new competitive landscape may be good for consumers, possibly bringing down prices.
"I think there is going to be tremendous pressure on Apple to lower their prices," he said.
"Apple has the high end of the market but that only works when they have a huge advantage."
One problem for Apple is that rivals such as Google and Amazon are subsidizing their devices to drive consumers to their content -- books, music, film and shopping.
Some analysts say the $200 Kindle Fire and Google Nexus tablets are sold at a loss.
"Apple will have to respond," Gold said.
Notably absent in the final months of the year will be BlackBerry maker Research in Motion, which delayed its new platform expected to challenge the market leaders until early 2013.
Gold said that "it's never good to be three or six months late," although the delay may mean "they won't have to compete with everyone else and can get visibility."

Computers that can See, Hear and Feel |Amazing News

Few days ago, as a representative of Jang Group, I attended a workshop powered by Intel Corporation. The workshop was based upon the upcoming product of Intel family named Ultrabook. I have learned a lot many innovative and new things about the product in the workshop. The product has great features such as: Thin deigns, Intel Family Processor, Extended battery life, Responsive nature, Fast I/O and Security Enabled System etc.

Nowadays, almost everyone is connected to perform their work and also they can be easily accessible by a single click. Therefore any urgent tasks, performing online banking transactions, sending important emails, and checking flights information. Whatever the case is, we mainly need our computer running fast. Mostly while we are starting the system we push the button and the little tone of music goes off and next thing is boom, nothing happens. We wait and wait until the system is boot up than we still have to wait while all the files are ready to load.

Computers can take what seems like forever to boot up. Why? When a computer boots up, it goes through a series of tests before it searches for and loads the operating system. Most computers don’t have the power or speed to do this efficiently. However, the new Ultrabook™ can handle a boot-up with ease. Due to my professional needs, I like the product because of its modern features.
I recommend Ultrabook; I could have so many advantages if using this advance technology. Even you can get to your desktop in seconds on the Ultrabook because it has a flash memory Intel Solid-State Drive (SSD) paired with Intel’s Rapid Start technology. Usually with traditional computers it takes a minute or longer. Those extra minutes can really seem like forever, which makes for a less than optimal experience for you.

Unlike many traditional drives, the SSD has no mobile parts to slow down its performance. This design results in a quieter, cooler, more rugged drive that offers up to 66% faster system responsiveness than traditional hard disk drives. My objective is to provide the services where all our group websites such as www.geo.tv, www.thenews.com.pk, www.aag.tv, etc execute smoothly from everywhere and whenever found any problem I have to resolve as earliest from wherever I am, irrespective of the location, irrespective of the electricity crises here in Pakistan. So In that case I need a machine where I can use when I am outside the home, so in my case I really like the Ultrabook features which will definitely improve and perform better execution of my work.

Key Features of Ultrabook are as follows:

· Extended battery life
As you know meetings, demonstrations etc all are very important these days for promoting the businesses. If the battery is not sufficient enough to complete the task then in fact it is a very important aspect as we have seen in Ultrabook devices must offer at least 5 hours battery time or more.

· Thin designs
The size and weight which you are carrying is matter a lot for IT professionals. Size and weight is also important for travelling from one place to another. Ultrabook devices must be 18 mm or less in thickness for system with displays less than 14 inches and 21 mm or less for systems with displays 14 inches or more.

· Processor

Using Intel family core processor for Ultrabook

· Responsive
